It is used dried in decoctions and as a spice in cooking.<\/p>\n<p>Many surveys and studies claim that the consumption of crocus has <strong>therapeutical<\/strong> properties in <strong>cardiovascular<\/strong>, <strong>gastroenterological<\/strong> and <strong>ophtalmological<\/strong> diseases.<br \/>\nIn <strong>cosmetology<\/strong> the use of crocus has an essential role due to its <strong>anti-inflammatory<\/strong> and<strong>anti-bacterial<\/strong> action.<\/p>\n<p>In Seamuse products, we use crocus in the production of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seamuse.gr\/en\/shop\/%ce%ba%cf%81%cf%8c%ce%ba%ce%bf%cf%82-%cf%80%ce%b1%ce%bd%cf%84%ce%b6%ce%ac%cf%81%ce%b9\/\"><strong>handmade soap with crocus and beetroot<\/strong><\/a> and of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seamuse.gr\/en\/shop\/%cf%80%ce%b1%ce%b9%ce%b4%ce%b9%ce%ba%cf%8c-%cf%83%ce%b1%ce%bc%cf%80%ce%bf%cf%85%ce%ac%ce%bd-%ce%bc%ce%b5-%ce%b5%ce%ba%cf%87%cf%8d%ce%bb%ce%b9%cf%83%ce%bc%ce%b1-%cf%87%ce%b1%ce%bc%ce%bf%ce%bc%ce%b7\/\">kids&#8217; shampoo with chamomile and crocus extract<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>handmade soap with crocus and beetroot<\/strong>, we have combined these 2 superfoods to take advantage of their beneficial properties on the skin. The solution is then passed through a thin gauze and added to the remaining ingredients of the recipe, in the aqueous phase.<\/p>\n<p>With the careful handling of the precious herb we achieve the preservation of its properties and their utilization in our cosmetics.
