almond oil is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 , E and K. It is rich in trace elements and oleic and linoleic acid, while it is thin and easily absorbed by the skin.

Avocado oil is a treasure for all skin types, but especially so for dry skin. It contains beta-carotene, lecithin, linoleic acid, elaic acid, and other monounsaturated fatty acids. It is rich in vitamins A, D, and E which help to hydrate and penetrate the skin barrier. Studies have been published that claim it increases collagen metabolism.
