Regenerating eye cream with Lycopene and Jojoba Oil 15ml

A super hydrating cream for the delicate under and around eye area with regenerative properties. Contains lycopene, a micronutrient component of the carotenoid family, found in tomatoes, watermelon, guava and pink grapefruit and proven to have soothing and antioxidant effects. Lycopene helps to improve elasticity and fine wrinkles, increase collagen production and has anti-aging properties.

Its strong antioxidant action protects against free radicals and UVB rays of the air pollution we live in every day. It has also been shown to have mild sun protection and therefore protects against ultraviolet radiation to a small extent.

The cream also contains pomegranate oil which is ideal for fighting free radicals due to its antioxidant properties. It contains substances such as tannins, anthocyanins and oleic acid. It is considered one of the most powerful antioxidants. It is rich in punic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, phytosterols and tocopherol (vitamin E). Punic acid is known to enhance the body's resistance to inflammation, soothe swelling and increase collagen production, thus preventing signs of aging in the skin.

Jojoba oil is a valuable ingredient in the cream, particularly beneficial due to its unique composition of vegetable waxes and antioxidants. It is a mixture of jojoba wax, free fatty acids, alcohols, molecules called sterols (like cholesterol), as well as antioxidants and fat-soluble vitamins. About 79% of the vitamins in jojoba oil are vitamin E. Jojoba wax is very similar to human skin sebum, the oil your skin produces to stay moisturized and supple. Because jojoba oil is so similar to sebum and is high in vitamin E, it is an excellent skin emollient that can smooth dry skin, prevent flaking, and improve skin elasticity.

Avocado oil is also anti-inflammatory, preventing skin dryness and moisture loss.

The soothing effect of oats on the skin is well-known and has been proven in many studies. It has been added to Seamuse's eye cream to help soothe dark circles and reduce swelling under the eyes.

The product has a thin consistency and a balm texture. It has a light pink color due to the lycopene content. It is easily absorbed and leaves a thin layer without being greasy or thick. It can be used all over the face, under your sunscreen. Apply to a clean face and neck and eye area.
