Greek yogurt is probably one of the healthiest snacks. It is very rich in proteins of high biological value, B vitamins, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. Yogurt is traditionally used to soothe and rebuild dehydrated skin, especially after prolonged sun exposure. We use it in soap because it enriches its emollient properties with the rich natural sugars it contains.
A valuable spice and the best quality saffron in the world, which has important antioxidant properties, contributing to good health and wellness, while enhancing the taste and giving its attractive color to many dishes, desserts and drinks. New research is converging on the conclusion that saffron spots can neutralize free radicals, while they can also improve brain function and memory in particular.

Mastic has been known for at least 2,500 years since Greek Antiquity. The first reference to mastic resin was from Hippocrates, who used mastic to prevent digestive problems, colds, and as an immune system rejuvenator. The Roman emperors used mastic along with honey, pepper, and egg in the spiced wine condadum paradoxum.
In modern medicine, alternative and traditional, it is used for its antiseptic and antioxidant properties in digestive disorders and various skin diseases.
