Let’s get ready for the beach!

Ετοιμασία για παραλία

Getting ready for the beach is both exciting and stressful. Most of us have an eager desire when it comes to putting on our swimsuits and lying on the sand. To be baked in the sun, how much we have missed it! But we must try to look our best at the same time..

Before exposing our skin to the sun, we must transition it gently from no sun to full blast exposure.

Do not go under the sun abruptly and suffer burns that leave permanent damage even if it does not seem at first glance. Sunburn has long-term effects.

First of all, we must take care of the depilation and then the necessary exfoliation of the skin in order to get rid of the dead cells and appear with velvety skin!

Whatever our age, the 3 stages of hair removal, exfoliation, and hydration are necessary to give a lift to our confidence!

Use an exfoliating product such as Seamuse scrubs, after waxing. The Sugar Scrub with sugar for the more sensitive and normal skin, or the Salt Scrub with organic salt for the more dehydrated and hard spots such as heels, and knees. View them here.

Always with gentle movements, apply them on slightly damp skin and gently massage.

Then rinse with lukewarm water and follow your usual routine with soap, shower gel, etc.

With your skin still slightly damp, you can apply the Seamuse body oil that best suits your skin.

You can choose between the Hibiscus Body Oil, with extract and dried hibiscus flowers for more intensive hydration, or the Juniper Body Oil with extract and dried juniper berries for a finer texture that is completely absorbed.

Then apply a sunscreen with a high UVA and UVB protection index and you are ready for the beach!

Preparing your skin with the steps described above will result in better absorption of your sunscreen and the ideal prevention to maintain youthful skin as you age.
