Click the icon on the top right with the little man to see your account. If you have not registered you can do so when you place an order and you are in the cart.

In your account you can see your order history, shipping addresses, as well as your account details.

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS WE USE

In our products you will find:

  • Top quality oils and butters
  • Natural additives in powder form (clay, herbs, acids)
  • Herbal tinctures dipped in water or oils
  • Essential oils and fragrances purchased from reputable and tested suppliers
  • All our raw materials have DDA (Safety Data Sheets) certificates, in accordance with EU cosmetics legislation

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS WE DO NOT USE

Below you can see that our products are FREE of:

  • Parabens
  • Ethoxylated derivatives (originating from the petrochemical industry)
  • Synthetic colors
  • Sulfates
  • SLS

CERTIFICATIONS - EOF

Seamuse has been accredited by the National Organisation of Pharmaceuticals (EOF) and follows strict GMP practices according to ISO 22716:2007.

GREEK INGREDIENTS

Seamuse products have a special Greek character, incorporating elements of the Greek land and sea. Doing continuous research we find unique Greek ingredients that thrive in various parts of Greece and we incorporate them in our products.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

The procedure starts with carefully designing the soap, constructing the formula. The oil combinations are picked and run through a trusted soap calculator to make sure that the soap qualities are well balanced and suited to the desired needs. The essential oils, or fragrance oils, the specific additives and the combination of colors are also part of the particular soap design.

Your handmade soap is made to last you a long time, provided you place it to drain into a special soap base after use and not be in constant contact with stagnant water in a soap dispenser.
Always make sure it is ventilated and dry after each use. This way it will not melt you prematurely and you will enjoy it more.

PAYMENT

We accept 4 payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (pay at your door directly)
  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Deposit in a bank account
  • Whichever method you choose has maximum security

Pay on delivery:

FREE COD (Cash on delivery) for all orders. Due to the difficult situation with the pandemic, we have covered the cost of cash on delivery.

Credit card:

At seamuse.gr we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron credit cards as well as debit cards. Unfortunately, you can not repay your order in installments. The transaction is completely reliable as it takes place and is completed in the bank environment.

PayPal:

You can also complete your order through PayPal where your transaction takes place in your PayPal account.

Bank Deposit or e-banking:

You can deposit the amount of your order in one of the following banks and always with the reason for deposit the name in which the order has been placed or its number. After its payment is confirmed by us, your order will be sent.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS

Contact us if you wish a custom order for events such as parties, christenings, weddings, corporate events, etc. We can produce small and large batches of handmade soaps designed in terms of color combination and packaging, to suit your theme. Keep in mind that we need to have about a month of preparation.

PRICES - VAT

Soap bars and liquid soaps are charged 6% VAT while all other products are charged 24% VAT. All countries outside the European Union may be submitted to import taxes or customs charges.

All prices are FINAL with VAT included.

The only extra charge is shipping costs.

Periodically through the year, we will make promotional codes available to our customers. Specific terms will apply.

The shipping cost is 2.90€ up to 2 kg

FREE COD (Cash on delivery) for all orders

We cooperate with Hellenic Post – ELTA for the countries of the European Union

FREE SHIPPING on orders over €100,00 

We cooperate with Hellenic Post – ELTA for the countries outside of the European Union

Delivery Time

The delivery time of the order is:

  • Athens – Thessaloniki → 1-3 working days
  • Islands – Continental areas → 3-5 working days
  • Remote – Inaccessible areas →  5+ working days, depending on the difficulty of delivery to each destination.
  • European Union Countries → 3-8 working days
  • Countries outside the European Union → 3-8 working days (the estimated time does not include delays from customs)

Deliveries of orders are made Monday – Friday 9: 00-17: 00, while on Saturday there are no deliveries.
There is no possibility of choosing a delivery time, as this is determined by the cooperating transport company, depending on its itineraries.

Delivery times are valid from the day the order is delivered to the Courier company. Once we deliver your order to the Courier company you will receive an informative email, so you know exactly when it was delivered. Our company is not responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, supplier or transport problems, government or legislative acts, strikes, etc.). However, we must inform the consumer and deliver the order within an additional period.

Important note:

When delivering your parcel, you should check its integrity before signing the courier company’s receipt voucher. Otherwise, it will not be possible to change it (through our fault) and our company will not bear any responsibility.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

The day the courier company receives your order from our company, you will receive an email stating the transport company that will deliver the order to you and the shipment number (voucher) or the number of your ticket, with which you can to find out at what stage of delivery your parcel is.

Your order is sent by Speedex Courier (for Greece), you can see the status of your order either by calling 801 11000 11 or using the Track & Trace service by clicking here and entering the shipment number (voucher).

If you have chosen cash on delivery as a payment method, now with Speedex Courier, you can now pay with your card upon delivery. Read more here

Your order is sent by ELTA (for outside Greece), you can see the status of your order either by calling 800 11 82 000 or using the Track & Trace service by clicking here and entering the shipment number (voucher).

RETURNS - CHANGES

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. We can only accept returns of opened but unused soaps, liquid soaps, lotions, creams, gift boxes. Goods returned in a non-reusable condition are subject to a reduction in the refund value.

Initial shipping costs will be refunded but not return shipping costs.

You can return-change the product you bought, within 15 calendar days from the date stated on the purchase document (receipt or invoice), at your own expense.

Your return must be accompanied by the original purchase document you received with your order. The products should be in excellent condition (not opened, with their inner and outer labels, packed in the box you received them) and any promotional gift you received with your order should be included. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed and accepted. The refund is made within 10 calendar days after the return package is received, in the same way that the purchase of the product was completed (eg if you have paid by credit card it will be credited to your card). In case the payment was made by cash on delivery or by bank deposit, you must send us by email a bank account, to which you wish the refund to be made, notifying us of the beneficiary, IBAN and the bank to which the account belongs. Shipping or cash on delivery costs that you may have paid on your original order are non-refundable. If the new item is of greater value than the return item, you will have to repay the difference by cash on delivery (+ € 1.20) or by bank deposit. If the new item is of lower value, the difference can either be reimbursed or covered by another product of equal or greater value.

Wrong order execution:

In case a wrong product is sent, the product is returned and you can request either a refund or a re-shipment. The product must be in perfect condition, in its packaging and without the special markings being removed. In case a product is not shipped by mistake, it will be shipped individually or its value will be refunded within 10 calendar days. In cases of incorrect order execution, the cost is not borne by the customer but by our company.

We offer a complete exclusive range of personal care items for hotel rooms and suites, consisting of individual soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair cream and aqueous body lotion. We prepare baskets and larger luxury gift boxes for placement in the rooms, if the customer chooses.

The partner hotels can choose an exclusive aromatic and color composition of the personal hygiene items and make them available in their stores.
